The pursuit of glory

The Four Majors Golf Series is an annual competition founded in 2026, made up of four very serious golf events that can be played in any order and still somehow produce the same level of chaos. The series includes a North v West scramble decided hole by hole, three stroke-play tests featuring a trip-away Holiday Major on a new course, the Bushmen Open where a green Masters-style polo becomes the most important item of clothing imaginable, and the Golf Classic, a no-preferred-lies examination of golf where excuses are discouraged but rarely eliminated. All four competitions are tightly contested and defined as much by rivalry and rule disputes as by the golf itself.

The bushmen's open
